Join us for either a 6 week maternal series on Fridays or family days on Sundays to nourish the young families. For pregnant and postpartum families between 0-3 years old.
We will form deeper connections to the local ecology, engage in meaningful conversations related to perinatal needs, participate in extensions from OCE garden curriculum, explore outdoor benefits for sensory awareness and development for littles, sample garden nutrition recipes, and sing together. It is especially valuable to bring pregnant and early postpartum folks together – having mothers and babies in utero and babies earth side and partners being able to coregulate with each other as a community is supporting thriving life.
