This dynamic role supports communications, community outreach, fundraising, and marketing efforts while helping connect more students, families, and supporters to our mission. At the heart of this work are our Garden Educators, who serve as on-the-ground ambassadors, nurturing the gardens, leading hands-on lessons, and empowering teachers to use these spaces as dynamic outdoor learning labs. They are responsible for maintaining educational and productive school gardens while creating inclusive, joyful learning environments for all students. Garden Educators also collaborate with teachers and school communities to integrate garden-based learning into the broader school day, fostering curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong connection to the natural world.
